The patient feels comfortable at sugar levels about 10, up to 12, and is not willing to
further drop insulin doses so far.

It was possible to modify the Triorigin scheme for diabetes so that:

Emergency acupuncture, eye trauma

For eye traumas serious effects can develop in dozens of seconds.
The most suitable in such case seems to be modified Light-Darkness scheme on

The scheme is easy enough (and safe) for self-treatment; one may use pine or spruce needles, no need 
to prick the skin at all:
