Only positive changes so far:
--- stable appetite, though at times it vanishes for a day
--- healthy sleep
--- edemas from face/hands now essentially gone, remaining mostly on feet
--- yesterday he stood up and walked on his own without assistance,
first time for more, than 3 months.
His hands shot several days ago, remedies are seen taped on nails of thumbs.
Compared to the photo, below, taken the day healing started, it's definitely healthier colour of skin.
He was (and is) officially on hospice care, showing the severity of the situation healing has been facing.
