"Platelets were stable yesterday. We are taking that as a win for the day. We may have dose reduced in just enough time to prevent his platelets from really tanking again. We are discussing some things regarding his lumbar puncture next week in case his platelets are still less than 100. We do not want to delay it."

& Exley's Farm, Vincent visited a farm for the first time in his life yesterday! Vincent and Mina were able to visit a pumpkin patch, corn maze, and take a hayride in a safe space. Vincent's favorite part was walking through the corn maze, he was laughing so much. We all enjoyed a fun Fall morning and made some great memories."
