Birthday Tribute!!
You made it buddy, another year older and now we welcome you to level NINE We had to get creative pretty fast and figure out how to celebrate you since our epic plans got cancelled due to coronavirus... so, off to the beach we went, and we took some friends with us! It was soooo nice. We hit up the lifeguard tower and rented this super cool beach wheelchair, it totally saved us! You got cold and cried to come home, so we did.
It's crazy that you are 9, the years just fly by."
He is over 22 months with DIPG.
On his physical state:
"He's not steady enough to play baseball in the backyard, which is sad, but our main activity lately has been playing in the trampoline...playing catch with a tennis ball volleyball (hence the pic) and a wee bit of jumping around."
