1. 1. COPD due to chronic bronchitis:
No-Ho-Ne-Ho-Ne-Ho-Ho-Ho-He
He sedation, Ho tonifying to deal with inflammatory process

2. COPD due to alveolar emphysema:
No-Ho-Ne-Ho-Ne-Ho-Ho-Ho-Ne
sedation of He as expansion and alveolar walls damaging.
Additionally addressing No energy as a process leading to total lungs failure:
tonifying No to terminate the process.
The scheme in 8 Qi.

Heat--->Dryness (lungs)--->Dryness (respiratory epithelium)--->Dampness (mucus)--->Darkness (total lungs failure)

--- Dryness - fibrosis - sedate
--- Wind, Burn and Cold to tone up
For Triorigin treatment one can alternate He sedation/Ho tonifying, and vise versa, to treat the Yin and Yang symptomes with separate schemes similar to traumas or cancer.
2. COPD due to alveolar emphysema:
Heat--->Dryness--->Burn (alveoles)--->Darkness (total lungs failure): He (expansion and destruction), Ho tone up:
right hand, chronic case
That lung cancer is most widespread type, has evidence from:
--- the Triorigin sequence for lungs Ho-Ho-Ho and Triorigin energies being most fundamental
--- cancer's main emergy is Cold, which is Ho or Yin.
Of all organs, only lungs have three Ho energies in this sequence.
