May 6 update - spinal fluid negative for cancer cells.

 

"Vincent's spinal fluid was negative for cancer cells last week! The lumbar puncture went well but the next day he did get sick from the chemo. Last week his platelets were trending down and, after reviewing the trends from the past 2 times we increased the dose of his inhibitor, I was concerned that we were heading back to another dose reduction. But he had labs today and we were pleasantly surprised to see his platelets had bounced back up!"

She's having energy healing for already a week.

Progression, but still relatively good situation, at least considering recent success with GBM massive progression, there ishope to make a difference.

GBM and DIPG are actually the same for degree of aggressiveness, however:

--- DIPG is located in worst possible place in body, plus very confined space, allowing tumor to develop much less, to cause fatal situation

--- DIPG seems more heterogenous for different grade cells populations from 2 to 4 within tumor, which additinally protects it's stem cells - though cancer stem cells are not affected by any of existing official treatments overall.

"Sorry we have been updated this page. It’s been couple of difficult weeks. Kyra’s Tuesday MRI shows tumor growth. Clinically she’s unable to walk by herself, suffering from ataxia (shakiness), left side facial weakness. We are sad to see her loose her abilities.

Doctor’s are recommending to do a second round of radiation asap to stop the growth of the tumor. We will find out more about the dosing in our next appointments.

 

Today is her 16th day from her third infusion. Kyra has had three doses of CAR-T. The last two doses have been through Ommaya in the brain. She was given 12.9 million and 30 million CAR-T cells. She has tolerated the doses surprisingly well. She had nausea and some headaches which were easily controlled by Zofran and Tylenol and no steroids. She continues to have nausea but no headaches. We have seen amazing clinical improvements after each CAR-T dose. We wish the cells could stay for longer and keep attacking the tumor"

 

There's nothing the CAR-T treatment is doing this time for her progression unfortunately, by energy scan.

 She's doing remarkably well - as if she doesn't have GBM.

 

Her blood counts have recently dropped though - most prominently platelets and leucokytes, due to  second round of radiation with no intervals between first and second one.

Her oncologist is not very much concerned though, in particular,because of neutrophyls count still acceptable.

 

She will be having natural supplements, boosting bolld cells production, which have shown their efficacy for already quite long period of use in intergative oncology. 

 

 

Radiation treatment will stop Thursday this week, and she will be having rest time beofre her personalised vaccines treatment starts.

Boy is doing so well, there's actually nothing to report, regarding cancer.

Doctors are amazed of the developments, considering, the vaccine he's having, hasn't helped anyone else with ATRT...one kid recently passsed away, getting the same official treatment - which tells, what actually is working for him.

 

There are some exciting videos on the FB page, which show his energy and amazing determination and will power.

After correction of drugs interaction and introducing rest days, she's enjoying life, and sickness episodes are very mild and rare.

She's continuing her 4 treatments. Ragiation machine is not functional all the time, so she's having up to 4 days breaks sometimes.

We introduced rest days, which was yesterday, where she doesn't have COC and other stuff, leaving only Boswellia reduced to half dose, bromelain, berberine, curcumin and CBD THC as usual.

Seems it's working.

Her tumors are completely gone by now, and her oncologist said, he never saw anything like this before.

She is doing ok.

Her ca-19 levels are decreasing: once were 1340, it was 580 two weeks ago, and now is 200.

She's doing ok in terms of cancer.

Dr's decised the suspicious spots are tumors, so she's now having more proton radiation, of other side of brain and spinal cord, but in less doses overall.

She's started to lose hair, of the only side effect.

 

It seems the reason was found, why she has been being sick quite a lot of times, this i sdrugs interaction - so metformin,m niclozamide and loratadine uptakes were distributed during day to not be taken together - and the result was observed the next day literally.

She got 3 vaccines, made from her tumor tisue:

--- VEGFR vaccine

--- CELLEX vaccine

--- third vaccine matching her DNA

and Tyrosine Kinase inhibitor Nilotinib

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Hopefully they will find the tolerable regimen for all this, because injection itself is very painful and there may be a lot of side effects from each, let alone if they show problems of compatibility.

 

Anyway by this momment, her main tumors disappeared completely - and her Dr said, he has never seen anything like that before!

She was given month to 2 to live after a violent relapse of GBM will type.

She is not going to follow the prognosis, with 4 healing approaches.

 

There's still no final decision on what these 5mm lesions are on MRI. Her digestive issues are quite gone, she's experiencing episodes of being tireed, and had no appetite for 2 after proton radiation completed.

 

Considering almost total eradication of tumors, the above seems very small issues. She will be having rest days, with no COC and other supplements, except Boswellia, bromelain, berberine and CBD-THC.

Boswellia will be 2x1200mg those days.

There's nothing new, lady is feeling well and id having a small number of supplements they coukld obtain - which is hardly 1/4 of what's been suggested for her as full protocol.

She has been having:

She is feeling good, with occasional episodes of weakness and problems from digestive system, which is probably best possible developments, considering how aggressive GBM relapse was, and the energy the listed treatments take.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The had MRI yesterday and it showed:

--- almost full reduction of tumors 

--- there are however concerns about spots approx 5 mm size, in other hemisphere and in spinal cord

The latter is just a impression from her oncologist from brief examination of MRI scan, and the conclusion after more consultations is yet to come.

 

This will determine, if they recommend additional proton radiation for other part of brain and spinal cord, which is anyway up to her nother to decide if do or not.

So far off labeled drugs and remedies protocol is usually expected to show significant effect in 1.5 to 3 months, the above developments are very encouraging.

 

There will be rest days for the protocol, when the girl will be having a supportive dose of Boswellia, bromelain, CBD and THC tonight as usual.

It took about 8-9 days to tame tumor in general.

Now with:

--- full COC protocol

--- other supplements, also from another holistic practitioner

she fully got rid of headaches and other tumor growth symptoms.

 

Radiation and Intravenuous vitamin C injections work well together in her case.

Reminding, this is just phase 1 and 2 trial in small groups of glioma patients, to combine this and Temozolomide also.

 

She periodically has certain issues with digestive system, but this is tolerable, and is getting managed.

With gradual ingroduction of COC and several other crucial off labeled drugs, most of unpleasant side-effects are not showing, so far.

 

After introduction of Niclozamide, next day there appeared that smile, second photo.

They started radiation and Intravenuois vitamin C injections together, first treatments of both were the same day.

She tolerates this amazingly well, though already feeling sick from radiation, which will only increase with raising radiation doses.

But no headaches, nausea, vomiting so far.

 

They use Boswellia 1200mg in a capsule, put in cereals, or when she rejects food, in yogurt or orange juice.

Nearest target dose for it is 4800mg, which is in the lower range of standard daily dose for brain swelling and hyrdocephalus.

They started chemotherapy several days ago.She was feeling miserable, with a lot of pain and vomiting forst 2 days, unable to eat.

Her tumor as progression 9 weeks ago, came as IDH-wild type Glioblastoma.

She had an episode of strong headache and vomiting again when woke up, then with THC help she fell alseep and woke up well with energy.

 

She was given Boswellia, bromelain and massage by Frankinscense oil. By the evening, she was Ok, no headaches, however there was a good deal of pressure felt on energy level.

It has dissolved after 50 min of energy healing, which was way shorter time, than for the moment she first experienced bad headaches and vomiting, since arrival in US.
