Update on the case: he's following everything prescribed, and:
--- his appetite is now close to normal
--- vitality also has grown significantly - he's mostly sitting during day, while was lying flat, before healing started
--- he began sleeping normally with head on pillow, which earlier was impossible due to strong pain and sensitivity of skin on head

On the other hand:
--- he's having quite extensive edema in different areas, face, legs arms...edemas travelling from place to place
